Dare to Ask ®
Dare to Ask® is an enquiry-led framework for RE which will be available to schools and Multi-Academy Trusts from September 2026. It is not a scheme of work and does not replace existing syllabuses or faith-based curricula. Rather, it supports teachers in shaping thoughtful, enquiring RE within the context of their school or Trust. It does this by providing a structured approach to philosophical enquiry through carefully framed questions, and content inputs that support depth, accuracy, and reflection. Teachers retain responsibility for lesson-level planning and classroom activity. Dare to Ask® focuses on the way pupils think, question, reflect, and engage with religion and worldviews.
